- Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as the Head of People & Culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leadership role is crucial to our client’s ongoing success, as it involves shaping and fostering the organizational culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and championing the development of their most valuable asset - the people. **Your responsibilities**:
- Foster out clients values, ensuring alignment with business objectives by driving a culture of accountability, high performance and an inclusive workplace
- Play a key role in managing organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on goal-setting, feedback, and career development
- Further develop the automation and employee centric approach throughout the employee life cycle
**Your profile**:
- Proven and in-depth experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, building a high-performing team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into hands-on HR initiatives
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture development
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Germany and Europe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a technology or scale-up environment is preferred
- Fluent in German and English
