We are looking for the following for our Rastatt (Germany) site with immediate effect

**Service Technician MVS-CCTV Field Service** **(m/w/d)**

**Your** Tasks**:

- Support internal and external customers during trouble shooting
- Programming of customer data based on requests / requirements
- Provide support of customers during integration process of new systems
- Being First Point of contact for customers during Aftersales phase (PLM Phase 7)
- Support over phone, mail or Customer portal (or any other channel) during customer support office times, or by separate agreement (SLA) by customers
- Providing solutions for customers concerning their technical issues with Luminator MVS-CCTV Products (Software or Hardware)
- Writing and managing of Customer Service of documentation
- Providing consistent configuration set up for MVS-CCTV products in customer orders
- TeamViewer Support

**Your** **Profil**:

- Basic technical education, preferred in the electronics sector
- IT degree
- Very good German and English language knowledge
- Good knowledge of network communication on software level
- Experienced in on site training / support
- Understanding of system communication (RS232, RS485, Ethernet)
- Understanding of Wireless communication
- Understanding of offering process
- Motivated to travel for assisting and installing systems in Europe on an occasional basis.
- Self-motivated, providing feedback and be challenging to improve organization in operational work
