We are hiring a
**Technical Support Representativ**
**e** to join our team in Munich. The objective of this position is to serve our customers with customized products, by ensuring prompt transformation of their requirements into optimal solutions (including quality, pricing, and aesthetics) within a dynamic and energetic setting.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Telephone product consulting for our customers
- Technical clarification of special production requests and construction work
- Customer service and improvement of international customer relationships
- Calculation of special orders and preparing quotations
- Support of international projects
- Improvement of Customer Experience
- Participation in our continuous improvement process
**Who You Are**:
- Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written), French would be a plus
- Safe handling MS-Office, and SAP skills are an advantage
- High product affinity and technical understanding
- Commitment and responsibility as well as high customer and service orientation
- Completed commercial and/or technical training, and ideally several years of work experience and enjoying telephone customer services
