Rep, Case Support Operations

Coordinate and allocate appropriate clinical support (e.g, training) for stakeholders (e.g. Clinical specialists) while optimizing workflows and
processes within the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Allocate clinical support needs for customer requests (e.g., procedure support, screening appointment, product demonstrations)
- Act as a point person and provide training on scheduling process within defined product range
- Review reports and confirm run rate details to management
- Other incidental duties
**Education and Experience**:
Technical Diploma in or equivalent, 2 years experience of previous related experience Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience with basic project management Preferred
Previous experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or other similar industry Preferred
**Additional Skills**:
- Fluent in English required; fluency in another European language preferred (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Italian)
- Good computer skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Excel and ability to operate general office machinery
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training
- Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to brand standards
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams; occasionally with contacts outside own organization
- Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control
