For our external engagement department, we are looking for an

**Alumni & Rankings Data Manger**
(M/F/x, full-time, to start as soon as possible)

**You will**
- Ensure that alumni and business education rankings data is collected, cleaned, processed and reported on effectively, ethically and within policy guidelines
- Identify opportunities to improve quality and accuracy of alumni and rankings data and make implementation recommendations
- Prepare assessments of ESMT’s competitive position using ranking data for the leadership team of ESMT, namely its Programs Department
- Together with the Senior Alumni Relations Manager implement various components to improve engagement with alumni such as e.g. monthly newsletter, alumni events, Annual Alumni Meeting

**You are qualified for this position, because you have**
- Demonstrated database management system experience, preferably experience with Salesforce
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of working in diverse environments
- Ideally worked in a (business) education and/or quality management environment
