**Deine Mission**:

- Understanding the market and the customer needs: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback, product and market trends to identify product opportunities, and helping to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and business goals.
- Defining data products requirements: Translating customer needs and business goals into product requirements and user stories, defining functional and non-functional specifications, and prioritizing features and enhancements.
- collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and managing product risks.
- Communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and customers.
- Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Defining and measuring product success metrics, such as user adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and making data-driven decisions to ontinuously improve product performance.- Strategy and prioritization- Define the team’s roadmap and priorities based on the product’s strategy
- Identify, gather, clarify and prioritize stakeholders needs
- Make objective arguments to influence stakeholders
- Set KPIs and OKRs
- Defining the team’s scope, delivering the requirements and the result- Translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items
- In collaboration with the TO create the concepts for the data products / projects
- Ensure timely delivery of the products, closing the knowledge and requirements gaps in the team and being transparent to all the involved parties and stakeholders
- Data-driven approach center- Be the entry point and the source of knowledge for any data / analytics need
- Define the metrics and the overall approach to analytics for the company
- Propagate data-based decisions and be the everyday help in its implementation
- Initiate and drive the improvements- Closely work with the TO to introduce new approaches for the team’s efficient work
- Force the data quality standards and work on their implementation

**Dein Profil**:

- At least 3 years of experience at the similar role
- Has experience of delivering data insights in a meaningful and understandable way for non-tech people (structuring / visualizing / narrating)
- Understanding the statistical analysis and visualisation. Competencies in the SQL, data modelling and analysis would be an advantage
- Has a solution oriented approach to problem solving
- Analytical mind: you are able to analyse and break down large problems to a structured approach, with small measurable steps to achieve your goals
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
