Profil
- Du bringst einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Bachelor-/Masterabschluss oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit
- Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Functional Lead in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder Kundenbetreuung gesammelt im E-Commerce-Bereich
- Erfolge in der Projektabwicklung und im Coaching von Projektmanagern und/oder Operations Managern kannst Du ebenfalls vorweisen
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch, weitere Sprachen wie Deutsch wären ein Pluspunkt
- Du besitzt einschlägige Kenntnisse in den gängigen Projekt-, Support-, Prozess
- und Management-Methoden - idealerweise im agilen Umfeld
- Ein fundiertes kundenorientiertes Denken zeichnet Dich aus
- Deine umfangreichen Erfahrungen mit den neuesten Tools und Softwarelösungen, bevorzugt Google Workspace, Salesforce und Atlassian (Confluence/Jira), bringst Du gerne mit ein
- Mit Deinen herausragenden schriftlichen und mündlichen Communication Skills stehst Du für eine reibungslose und effektive Kommunikation
Aufgaben
- Begleitung der Delivery Teams bei der Bewältigung von Herausforderungen im operativen Alltag (z.B. Projekte, Support, Integrationen, “Time-to-online”, Konfliktmanagement) bei gleichzeitiger Gewährleistung schlanker Verwaltungsprozesse
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung dieser Prozesse (KVP) für alle Rollen der Delivery Job Family (Projektmanagement, Integrationsbegleitung)
- Analyse der KPIs, Sicherstellung der Transparenz und Optimierung basierend auf den Daten
- Optimierung der Delivery und Operations Prozesse mit Blick auf Quantität und Qualität
- Sicherstellen des Wissenstransfers und eines einheitlichen Informationsflusses innerhalb deines Chapters
- Unterstützung von disziplinarischen Leads bei der Personalentwicklung und allen mitarbeiterbezogenen Entscheidungen sowie beim Recruiting
- Herstellen von Transparenz bzgl. der Ressourcen und Kapazitäten sowie Berichterstattung gegenüber COO und CFO
