Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team bist Du aktiver Teil im Aufbau einer „Data Driven Organization“ – Ihr entwickelt und setzt die BI-Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Management und relevanten Stakeholdern um Ihr stellt sicher, dass die Daten innerhalb des Unternehmens erfolgsversprechend nutzbar gemacht werden Du bist Berater unserer internen Kunden und unterstützt diese bei Ideation & Konzeptionierung von Berichten Mit Deinem Vorgesetzten entwickelst Du die internen Prozesse weiter, bringst neue Ideen ein und evaluierst mit Deinem Team neue Technologien und Methoden Du planst, steuerst und überwachst die Umsetzung von BI-Projekten. Hierbei stimmt ihr euch mit Stakeholdern ab und koordiniert externe Partner Du motivierst Dein Team und entwickelst es weiter

Anforderungsprofil:

Umfangreiche Kenntnisse von Business Intelligence Architekturen und Technologien (SAP und/oder Microsoft) sowie belastbare Erfahrungen im Data-Engineering Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast Spaß an Zusammenarbeit, auch im internationalen Umfeld. Technologien wie SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud und Power BI weißt Du zielgerichtet in einem Unternehmen einzusetzen und verstehen es, diese den verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu vermitteln Du lebst Teamwork und verstehst es, ein Team als Coach zu leiten und zu motivieren. Zusätzlich hast Du die Fähigkeit, Dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten und Dein Wissen an Kollegen weiterzugeben Durch mehrjährige Erfahrungen als Consultant hast Du eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung und kannst als Project Lead souverän auftreten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
