**Role: Go-To-Market & Localization Specialist**
**Location**:Remote in Germany

At a stage of hyper-growth following a $2 billion valuation and investment from SoftBank, LTK is looking for a Localization & Marketing Specialist to grow its audience of iconic brands, loyal shoppers and inspiring influencers across established and burgeoning International markets.
**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Go To Market & Localization Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on support for all localization and translation activities from different departments and in particular for the Marketing channels. This role will be key to accelerating the LTK brand and will assist the wider Marketing team in delivering localised communications and product experiences.
This position will require autonomy, accuracy, creativity and drive, working across multiple Marketing disciplines, supporting translations of marketing and product materials from English and ensuring LTK's communications and events resonate with its target audiences.
**PRIORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide translations and ongoing reviews for localisation of all marketing communications and product assets aligned to brand tone of voice
- Provide translations for App features, reviews, and app store optimization (iOS and Android)
- Own and optimize the localization of the Creator, Brand, and Shoppers Lifecycle programs.
- Assist with the creation and execution of the LTK Marketing calendar for Creator, Brand, and Shoppers.
- Support with content, plans and execution of physical and virtual events.
- Deliver insights & performance reports of marketing activities.
- Support PR activities (sourcing trend data, local creators + brands to spotlight)
- Conduct regular market & competitor analysis and channel audit Conduct research to support brand, marketing or creator teams
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a full-time marketing role.
- A genuine interest in influencers, technology, analytics, lifestyle brands and customer behavior.
- A good understanding of the marketing mix (on and offline).
- Excellent, written and verbal communication skills in German and English and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of G-suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
- Experience with CRM, project, and social media planning tools a plus
- Strong team player able to use initiative, contribute insights and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
