Synthflow AI is an innovative early-stage generative AI startup, focused on empowering companies and developers to seamlessly build, manage, and deploy AI agents without the need for coding.
As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are excited to have recently secured funding, positioning us at the forefront of the AI industry.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic Go-to-Market Venture Development Intern to assist founders with project management, growth activities, and business development. In this pivotal role, you will be working directly with founders. You will be developing and executing growth strategies that will be instrumental in driving the company's growth trajectory.

**Project Management / GTM**
- Support community building and daily management.
- Assist with research on topics such as pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from product management to engineering, to ensure successful Go-To-Market (GTM) launches.
**Growth Activities**
- Provide support in demand generation activities, such as lead generation, campaigns, and CRM management.
- Assist with campaign launches, such as product hunt.
- Support in the preparation of sales materials.
**Analytics and Reporting**
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with other reporting tasks.
**About You**
- Prior marketing or sales experience in (early-stage) startups.
- Passion for sales and business development.
- Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of AI and generative technology is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- Proactive mindset, taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion.
