**Our thesis**

Generative AI is a new wave of technological disruption that will ripple through countless industries. We started Genova to be at the forefront of the revolution. Genova, meaning "New Wave" is a venture studio aimed at building delightful products around Generative AI.

**Our story**

After founding Smallpdf (a top 100 website globally) and Taxfix (a FinTech unicorn), Mathis founded Genova, together with a handful of other product, growth and AI experts. Our aim is to combine our expertise and experience to build products that improve human experiences for millions of people.

**Why now?**

Society is at an inflection point. Where the capabilities of generative AI are only just being discovered. The next decade we expect the revolution to take place. Generative AI will become mainstream and be at the core of all product experiences.

**How does Genova.ai operate?**

Genova.ai is a fundamentally new approach to how products are built. Genova is a studio with 4 product teams - each one building simple tools and software to enable millions of people to use the magic of Generative AI.

The 4 product teams are agile, release every day and build small, scalable products that generate loads of value for a lot of people. If their product becomes profitable, the team will receive a percentage of those profits as bonuses.

The product pods are supported by the studio layer, which includes supporting functions, a kick-ass growth and marketing team as well as some of the top AI researchers in Europe.

Genova aims to always stay agile and fast - we aim to hire smart and experienced people, capping our headcount at 40 people in total. If a product requires more people, it will become a spin-off with its own team.

**Who are we looking for?**

Genova.ai is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Go-To-Market Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovative strategies for launching our projects, manage budgets and reporting, collaborate closely with Venture Leads, and oversee the creation of creative assets using AI technology. If you thrive in a hands-on startup environment, are eager to learn, and want to leverage AI in unique ways, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

**What you will do**:
As the Go-To-Market Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Participating in the product ideation and planning phases of projects, contributing valuable insights to shape effective marketing strategies.
- Leading up to 10 product launches per year, ensuring each launch is executed with precision and aligns with the studio's goals.
- Thriving in a small, agile startup setting that prioritizes innovation and rapid decision-making over bureaucratic processes.
- Leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance your job functions and create groundbreaking marketing assets.
- Collaborating closely with Mathis Büchi-Ginzbourg, the founder of Genova.ai, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive studio success.

**Your profile**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- ** Experience**: A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within a startup environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.
- ** Performance Marketing**: Hands-on experience of at least 2 years managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, showcasing your expertise in optimizing campaigns for tangible results.
- ** Data-Driven Mindset**: A strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making, coupled with a strategic business mindset that allows you to align marketing efforts with overarching goals.
- ** Tech Enthusiast**: An interest in technology and AI, as you'll be working in an AI-focused organization that values innovation.
- ** Results-Oriented**: A reliable and results-oriented attitude, motivated to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate your ideas clearly.
