In order to continuously professionalize our processes, we are about to implement a system that will allow our sales department to focus on its core business. As an Intern Salesforce Implementation (f/m/d) you are an important part of this project and together with the project manager you will be responsible for a smooth implementation. You are the interface to internal stakeholders and an important sparring partner by
- creating and helping to design databases which will be used as basis for the implementation.
- mapping out sales processes & gathering feedback from our sales team.
- keeping an organized record of the project.
- planning and structuring workshops with the project lead to discuss the current project status and to plan further steps.
- You are studying International Business and Technology or you are studying a Bachelor of Science with a combination of business and technology or have a comparable background.
- You have very good knowledge of Excel, databases and have already been able to prove it successfully
- You are familiar with process mapping tools like Figma or Whimsical
- You are familiar with project management tools such as Notion and Jira
- CRM and ERP knowledge would be an advantage.
- You have very good knowledge of English and have a good level of communication skills.
