Internship in Business Development and M&A (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Spannender Inhalt - Als Mitarbeiter: in im Business Development and

M&A bist du ein wichtiger Baustein, um bei der Identifikation passender
Dentalpartnerpraxen und der Implementierung des Transaktionsprozesse zu
unterstützen.
- Bunter Aufgabenbereich - Du bekommst nicht nur die Chance Einblicke in das

Business Development zu erlangen, sondern kannst auch ein Teil von diesem
werden. Begleitet durch einen Buddy erlebst du enge & praktische Mitarbeit
bei der Durchführung des Deal-Prozesses.

**Dies beinhaltet u.a.**:

- Begleitung von Due&Diligences
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der dazugehörigen Dokumentation, sowie der Finanzmodelle im Rahmen der Transaktion
- Erstellung & Bearbeitung von Präsentationen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Gesundheitsökonomie, Rechtswissenschaft, der Medizin oder ein Studium im Hospitality Bereich
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, verfügst über eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise und bist auch in der Lage auch in stressigen Situationen die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen
- Motivation: Ideen einzubringen und Projekte selbstständig zu gestalten
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, wie auch umfassende Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen
