**Duties**:
Incumbent serves as the LE Staff Supervisor of the Munich Nonimmigrant Visa (NIV) unit and is the NIVunit expert. Plans overall unit activities, including managing and directly supervising 7 locally employed staff employees. Responsible for managing team training for the NIV Unit. Oversees the full range of consular duties associated with delivering nonimmigrant visa (NIV) services, in accordance with the NIV unit’s standard operating procedures and established visa processing guidelines. Acts as unit expert on policy and procedures for the NIV unit. Oversees all post-adjudication processing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively explain policies and procedures with clarity and confidence to both internal and external audiences, in a clear, concise, and professional manner (this may be tested).
