**Key Responsibilities**:
- Company Accounting/General & Supplement Ledger: Master the ledger to precision, ensuring financial records are impeccable and compliant
- Overseeing all financial and cost accounting activities
- Delivering expert services in taxation, financial reporting, auditing, and budgeting
- Providing strategic advice on compliance and financial or business issues
- Costs and Profitability Monitoring: Dive deep into cost and profitability trends, collaborating across teams to unlock growth opportunities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Uncover the stories behind cost shifts, keeping a watchful eye on balance sheet figures, and delivering impactful reports to drive informed decision-making
**Who You Are**:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for CPA or CMA certification
- You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, cost control and financial analysis, showcasing your expertise in the field
- Your deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (HGB & preferable IFRS) sets you apart, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all endeavors
- Preferably proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, you leverage technology to drive efficiency and precision
- With excellent analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, and a knack for making sound decisions, you navigate complexities with ease
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills foster collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement
