**What you can expect from us**:
As a **Product Designer (UX&UI)**, you will work as part of our cross-functional product team alongside the Product Owner, Developers and other UX/UI experts to further develop our digital health products. You'll be responsible for crafting an end-to-end user experience from prototyping to final design. Our users and their therapeutic success are our top priority in order to create the best possible user experience.
- You take end-to-end responsibility and ownership for all aspects of product design, which includes all areas of design from prototyping to pixel-perfect design.
- Be part of a cross-functional team and work closely with Product Owners and Developers on a daily basis to gather requirements and challenge concepts
- You conduct user research to identify users' pain points, define solutions, and address usability issues.
- You prepare final visual designs and user flows for development.
- You validate various ideas and solution options using appropriate UX testing methods.
- You create implementation-ready Design and enhance our design system and its components.
- You work data-driven to ensure the measurability of product success.

**Your profile**:

- At least 2-5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a cross-functional team
- Experience in mobile design and familiarity with scalable, reusable and component-based designs
- Expert with methods for effectively and tangibly conveying ideas and concepts (e.g., prototypes, motion designs, storyboards, wireframes, etc.).
- Expert in Figma and basic knowledge about technical foundations of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Very good English skills and at least intermediate German skills are a must
- Open for hybrid work: from our Office in Hamburg/ Berlin and remotely
