**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du agierst als Product Manager:in mit Schwerpunkt Design und UX mit dem Fokus auf eCommerce-Produkten
- Du definierst UX-Strategien als wichtigen Teil der Produktstrategien gemeinsam und auf Augenhöhe mit den Product Ownern
- Du kümmerst dich um die Auswahl und Erarbeitung der für die Entwicklung der Produktstrategie notwendigen UX-Methoden
- Du stellst die konsequente Anwendung der UX-Methoden im gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess gemeinsam mit den Product Ownern sicher
- Du entwickelst Designs für neue digitale Produkte und stellst die konsistente Markenführung über alle digitalen Kanäle sicher
- Du entwickelst Designsysteme im Design-Team und konzipierst Frontend-Lösungen im Entwicklungs-Team

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst Leidenschaft für eCommerce-Produkte sowie die Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse von Kunden und Unternehmen zu verstehen und zu evaluieren mit
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktstrategien, im Idealfall im Umfeld von Online-Shops und/oder redaktionellen Produkten
- Du hast umfangreiche Kenntnis von UX-Prinzipien und UX-Methoden sowie ausgeprägte visuelle Designfähigkeiten und Kompetenz in Markenführung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Design Thinking-Methoden zur Analyse von komplexen Problemen und zum Entwickeln von Lösungen
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in Frontend-Technologien und in der agilen Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Entwicklungsteams mit
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholder-Gruppen kommt dir hier zu Gute
