In this strategic role, you will own the end-to-end user journey, championing product discovery and defining complex problem spaces as a key player within a product trio. You will spearhead the entire design lifecycle, seamlessly integrating engineers from ideation to execution and post-launch evaluation. As a senior leader, you will not only ensure the delivery of impactful business outcomes and superior user experiences but also shape our design culture and methodologies. As the voice of our users, you will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align user needs with our strategic objectives.

**Your Impact**:

- Architecting **intuitive, scalable user experiences** from concept to polished, development-ready designs, simplifying complex business processes into elegant solutions.
- Playing a pivotal role in a mission-driven product that shapes users’ financial well-being while advancing Germany's energy transition.
- Driving **strategic UX improvements** across the mobile platform, optimizing both design and performance to meet user and business goals.
- Leading **cross-functional design initiatives**, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, business leaders, and senior executives.
- Owning multiple high-impact projects in a dynamic, agile environment, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Serving as the **UI/UX authority**, providing clarity and guidance to the team on design challenges and opportunities.

**What can you bring**:

- **Extensive experience** as a mobile product designer, user experience expert, or interaction designer in high-growth environments.
- A robust portfolio showcasing **end-to-end design expertise** and impactful contributions to mobile app products.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and **data-informed decision-making**.
- Exceptional visual and information hierarchy skills, with a track record of creating **delightful and user-friendly interfaces**.
- Proven ability to craft and communicate complex design concepts through **process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups**.
- A natural ability to influence, align, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring a shared vision and timely delivery of objectives.
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing projects within **fast-paced, agile settings**.
- Experience working in a **product-led growth** environment with a focus on experimentation and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (C1), with the ability to present to and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Being based in or willing to relocate to **Hamburg**for this role
