- Expertise as a mobile user experience designer, interaction designer, or in a comparable role
- A portfolio reflecting experience in mobile app product design.
- Strong comprehension of UX and user-centric design processes, coupled with proficiency in data-driven analytics.
- A keen eye for visual and information hierarchy paired with a knack for creating delightful and clear interfaces.
- Developing process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design strategies and intricate interaction behaviors.
- Capability to influence others effectively in setting and attaining goals and deadlines.
- Proficient in project prioritization and management.
- Background in a product-led growth environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional context in both English and German (C1)
- Being based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg for this role
