Deine Rolle

Als Product Designer bist Du Teil unseres funktionsübergreifenden Produktentwicklungsteams, zu dem Entwickler, Produkt Manager und Product Designer gehören. Deine Rolle ist es die Bedürfnisse unserer Nutzer und ihre Jobs To Be Done zu verstehen, um Lösungen zu gestalten, die in der Eventindustrie einzigartig sind.
- Du führst User Research nicht nur durch, sondern machst Research zu einem integralen Bestandteil des Prozesses
- Dabei lernst Du die Bedürfnisse, Motivationen und Verhaltensweisen unserer Nutzer zu verstehen
- Von der ersten Idee bis zur Markteinführung (und mehr), entwirfst und iterierst Du an Produktlösungen entlang des gesamten Produktzykluses
- Du erstellest Wireframes, User Flows und interaktive Prototypen, um Designlösungen zu testen und zu kommunizieren
- Du stehst für die Bedürfnisse unserer User ein und beeinflusst entsprechend die Produktentwicklung
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt Managern und den Entwicklern erstellst Du Designs, die im Einklang mit unseren Geschäftszielen und technischen Möglichkeiten stehen

Was uns gefällt
- In der Vergangenheit hast Du bereits Erfahrungen im Product Design gemacht, in der Du nutzerorientierte Ansätze entwickelt und komplexe Probleme durch Deine Design gelöst hast
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Research Methodiken und ein tiefes Verständnis für Nutzerbedürfnisse mit, die Du effektiv in Designlösungen übersetzt
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Wireframes, Prototypen und Visuals mit Tools wie z.b. Figma
- Du kannst sicher auf Englisch kommunizieren, Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Du ziehst die Arbeit im Team vor und genießt die Vorteile eines multidisziplinären Teams
- Deine Entscheidungen triffst Du auf Grundlage von Empathie und Daten
- Erfahrung im Bereich Enterprise SaaS ist ein Plus

- Flexible Arbeitszeiten. Das sieht in jedem Team unterschiedlich aus. Grundsätzlich gelten die Kernarbeitszeiten von 10 - 17 Uhr
- Unser Product/Tech-Team trifft sich 2-3 die Woche im Office
