**Your role**:
You will run and expand Sunday’s Influencer Marketing - our most important channel to communicate authentic stories about our great products to existing and new customers
- Defining the Influencer Marketing strategy and how it maximises the impact on our business
- Creating and executing a plan to expand our business on Instagram an other relevant channels and into new countries beyond DACH and France
- Planning and developing health topic verticals and building a portfolio of partners to achieve opinion leading reach in each vertical
- Setting-up tools, processes and structures to manage the team and partnerships in an efficient and data-driven way
- Motivating and developing your team, fostering strong collaboration across the entire organisation

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience directly in the field as well as a deep passion for health & nutrients is mandatory when representing the brand to partners authentically
- You need to be able to bring first hand experience and new impulses in all facets of influencer marketing and shape it from day one
- Experience in leading and inspire a multicultural team, partners and the rest of the organization; being positive and always keeping a can-do attitude
- Ideally, you have or have had a significant social media reach of your own and know in detail how to create value-added content - be able to put yourself in our customer's shoes

**Sunday Natural **was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves. As natural as possible, absolutely pure, free of all additives and with the highest possible quality. Sunday Natural is purely privately financed, independent and today one of the renowned German quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. We cooperate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers and professional associations for the continuous development of our products.

**We take our ecological responsibility very seriously**:Our entire range is therefore vegan and - with a few exceptions - vegetarian. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
We have a diverse team of 170 people, still growing but in a healthy speed. Our aim is to work in a collaborative, supportive and encouraging work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary colleagues.
