Lead Influencer Marketing Strategist

We are in search of:
Head of Influencer Marketing (m/w/x)
At The Female Company, we are committed to building a robust community-focused and educational brand across all platforms while utilizing data-driven and KPI-focused strategies.
As our Head of Influencer Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of three influencer specialists
- Engaging macro influencers and celebrities for both performance-driven and brand-centric campaigns
- Incorporating our influencers and partners into co-branded initiatives and events
- Enhancing key performance indicators such as ROAS, AOV, and customer acquisition
- Optimizing the acquisition process from influencer briefings to landing pages and product offerings
- Conducting analysis and generating reports
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing (experience in D2C, beauty, or health sectors is a plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Fluent in German, as you will oversee the DACH region
