Team Lead Influencer Marketing Strategist

We are Every., a dynamic start-up in the food industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Influencer Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy and driving our influencer marketing efforts.

Your Role

As our Team Lead Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy, including managing paid deals, barter deals, and our affiliate program. You will work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing and other channel owners to improve our acquisition activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our influencer marketing strategy to acquire new customers.
  • Manage our influencer marketing budget and targets.
  • Lead a small team of influencer marketers and provide guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their managers/agencies.
  • Develop creative briefs to help our influencers promote Every. effectively.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of sponsorship and collaboration initiatives.
  • Bring a performance-driven approach to the planning and implementation of influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our performance marketing, content, and ecom teams to drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing for e-commerce brands in the German market.
  • Experience with subscription business models is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English is required, with Dutch and French being a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and how they translate to influencer marketing.
  • Ambition and a desire to take on a team lead role.
  • Autonomy and the ability to work independently, with a willingness to collaborate with the team.
