Customer Service Associate (m/w/d)
in Teilzeit, geringfügiger Beschäftigung, Teilzeit 80 Stunden p.M., Teilzeit 80-100 Stunden p.M.

Als Associate im Customer Service bist Du Ansprechpartner für einen festgelegten Kundenkreis, bearbeitest sämtliche Kundenanfragen und erarbeitest schnelle und zielorientierte Lösungen in Verbindung mit einer hohen Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung.
DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH:
- Du betreust und berätst unserer Kunden telefonisch in Bezug auf unsere SCHIESSER Produkte
- Du bist für die Reklamations
- und Retouren
- Abwicklung sowie das Beschwerde
- Management zuständig
- Die Überwachung der pünktlichen Auslieferung, Sendungsverfolgung, Bereitstellung von Produktinformationen sowie werbeunterstützender Artikel in Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Marketing und Logistik gehören ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Du bist der Experte für Rechnungen, Produkte und deren Herkunft, Preise, Liefertermine, Transportmöglichkeiten, Textilpflege und Verpackung
- Du arbeitest eng mit weiteren internen Schnittstellen wie Supply Chain, Debitorenbuchhaltung etc. zusammen
WIR MÜSSEN UNS KENNENLERNEN, WENN DU FOLGENDE QUALIFIKATIONEN MITBRINGST:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Kundenbetreuung sind wünschenswert
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit IT-Systemen, insbesondere MS Excel/Pivot
- Der Umgang mit anderen Menschen bereitet Dir besonders viel Freude
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit stehen bei Dir an erster Stelle
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Kenntnisse der französischen oder italienischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
