Jobbeschreibung: Associate Manager - Customer Fulfillung & Inventory Analysis

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Associate Manager für unsere Kundenbeziehungen und Inventory-Analyse-Team in Frankfurt am Main. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, die Analyse von Daten und die Abwicklung von Bestellungen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Schulung und Coaching eines Teams von Customer-Fulfillment-Analysten in Kundenrichtlinien, -Tools und -Methoden.
  • Aufbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen für eine bestimmte Kundengruppe, insbesondere wenn die Kenntnis der Landessprache und der Kultur von entscheidender Bedeutung ist.
  • Starke Aufsicht über die Lagerhaltungsrichtlinien und die Ausführung der Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Koordination mit internen Geschäftspartnern zur Verbesserung des Service bei gleichzeitiger Kostenkontrolle und Einhaltung vereinbarter Prioritäten.
  • Genaue Überwachung der Kennzahlen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Auftragsmanagement-Team.

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Fulfillment, Lieferung von Produkten an Einzelhändler.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain und/oder entsprechende akademische Ausbildung (Bachelor/Master) oder Zertifizierung (APICS).
  • Fähigkeit, Einfluss auf interne und externe Interessengruppen zu nehmen und mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten, mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Erfahrung in der Lösung von Kundenproblemen mit greifbaren Ergebnissen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement.
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von KPIs und Ursachenanalysen sowie in der Initiierung und Förderung begleitender Verbesserungsinitiativen.
  • Bereitschaft, zu Kunden und regionalen Treffen zu reisen.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Fulfillment, Lieferung von Produkten an Einzelhändler.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain und/oder entsprechende akademische Ausbildung (Bachelor/Master) oder Zertifizierung (APICS).
