Unsere Abteilung Strategic Accounts widmet sich unseren wichtigsten Restaurantketten und Key Accounts. In der Rolle des (Senior) Team Leads bist Du verantwortlich für die Führung eines Teams von 8 strategischen Key Account Manager/innen in Deutschland und Österreich. Durch Deine ausgeprägte Erfahrung im strategischen Kundenmanagement, baust Du gemeinsam mit deinen Mitarbeitern eine starke Verbindung zu unseren Restaurantpartnern auf. Des Weiteren bringst Du durch die Optimierung von Prozessen die Effizienz deines Teams und der gesamten Abteilung auf eine neue Ebene.

**Dein Job**
- Teamführung (bestehend aus 8 Key Account Manager/innen) und Kontaktpunkt zwischen dem Team und anderen Abteilungen
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Beziehung zu unseren Großkunden
- Du behältst alle KPIs im Auge, um die quantitativen und qualitativen Verkaufsziele Deines Teams zu erreichen
- Du wertest in regelmäßigen Meetings die Verkaufszahlen aus, um Optimierungsbedarf zu ermitteln und Maßnahmen zur Produktivitätssteigerung einzuleiten
- Du identifizierst das Entwicklungspotenzial Deines Teams und stellst dessen kontinuierliches Wachstum und Entwicklung sicher
- Zusammen mit Deinem Team arbeitest Du daran, die operativen KPIs der Restaurantketten zu optimiere
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Strategic Accounts, sowie zwei weiteren Senior Team Leads

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine höhere kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Key Account Management, sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Key Account Manager/innen
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Zielorientiert und fokussiert: Du hast Spaß daran, ehrgeizige Ziele zu erreichen und diese sogar zu übertreffen
