As the **Team Lead **Account Management - DACH **you are operationally and strategically responsible for our existing accounts in DACH. You lead by example with the operational takeover of your own customers, and you lead the team to success with a lot of energy, role modelling, great enthusiasm and initiative. You will play a pivotal role in leading and empowering our existing team of four Account Managers to make and overachieve targets, drive revenue growth and maintain exceptional customer relationships. This position is not only about managing, coaching, and developing the team but also involves active participation in sales activities to meet personal and team quotas. Reporting directly to the Managing Director DACH, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
- Actively participate in sales activities, carrying a personal quota while supporting the team in achieving collective goals.
- Onboard and train new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Enable the team to meet their renewal
- and expansion targets
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance the team's performance and development.
- Stay up to date on cross/upsell opportunities, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Working with the company management in the DACH region and globally, as well as regularly reporting to management on the agreed targets and successes.
**What do you bring?**
- At least five years of professional experience in operational software sales of SaaS, IT or cloud solutions, ideally in account management/existing customer support or in new customer acquisition.
- Fluent in **German **& strong **English **knowledge.
- At least two years of experience in the professional and disciplinary management of sales teams.
- Keen, dynamic approach to work, operational, and strategic focus, structured, reliable, self-motivated, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented.
- Ability to coach and motivate a team to ensure consistently high sales performance as well as the willingness and ability to manage feedback constructively.
