As our new **Sales Development Lead (f/m/d*)** you will be responsible for actively and strategically shaping the future of our global lead generation team and be one of the key profiles when it comes to business impact. Contribute to roll-outs into new geographies and segments in close cooperation with other departments, work on strategies to reach our company growth targets and bring your ideas to the table. At the same time, you will set up our Operating System and be responsible for the outcome of increasing our leads. Sounds already like the right next step in your career? This is a permanent role on a full-time basis, with an option for remote working within Europe (+/- 3hrs CET).

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Translate the company growth targets into lead generation targets and have a clear strategy to accomplish them.
- Set up a good Operating System to coordinate the multiple efforts for generating more leads. Transform these into high impact (brand, growth, scrapping agency, sales teams, etc.) to deliver the desired outcome.
- Identify incremental and disruptive solutions to improve our lead generation processes, products, tools, etc. in quantity and quality.
- Play a huge part in launching new markets according to our expansion strategy by building playbooks on how to open & professionalize new verticals and regions.
- Shape the future of a global lead generation team across the entire company.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Well-versed**: You have successfully built a lead generation area in the past and rely on strategy development experience, ideally in a start-up environment/ SMB, not an enterprise. Ideally, you are familiar in a digital sales-orientated company.
- **Stakeholder Management**: You have experience managing processes or projects that require coordination across multiple stakeholders & teams (marketing, sales, BD, etc.) and being able to positively influence stakeholders while building relationships.
- **Communication skills**: You are a good listener and understand the meaning of a clear, concise and compelling communication within your team and other departments.
- **Growth mindset**: You can't wait to join our dedicated Business Development team in order to make things happen and drive our business forward. You are eager to learn and understand that making mistakes lets people grow.
- **Proactive responsibility**: You have the guts to make your own responsible and well thought-through decisions together with your department and team while having a problem-solving and critical thinking mindset.
- **Multilingual**: You possess excellent writing skills and professional working proficiency in German and English.
