Summary

For the "Human Resources" Area we are looking for a "Head of Pay & time (m/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The "Pay & time" Area is responsible for ensuring a complete, correct and on-time billing of the supported business units with approx. 4,500 employees as well as for the implementation of remuneration-relevant personnel processes including legal, tariff and operational regulations.

Your Tasks- Professional and disciplinary management of the payroll team that ensures the implementation of all personnel care processes including payroll accounting, time management and retirement provision- Strategic Weiterentwicklung of HR processes and HR systems toward Zukunftsfähigkeit, efficiency and digitization- Responsibility and participation in the timely and smooth handling of the Total charge-off invoice- Monitoring of social security and payroll tax audits, as well as annual accounts and internal audits- Proactive further development of the organizational and process landscape through new impulses- Increase of service level and introduction of a central quality management by means of KPIs For continuous quality improvement toward a modern and efficient organization- Central contact person for management regarding all relevant topics- Design and maintenance of interfaces to all HR specialist departments / Finance

Your Profile- Studies with a focus on personnel management or a comparable training- Extensive professional and management experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration- Practical experience in the development and implementation of change and Optimization processes within complex organizations- Ideally, knowledge in the IT environments of Workday, SAP and ATOSS, as well as experience in a highly digitized HR infrastructure- Very good MS Office knowledge- Very good communication and presentation skills, pronounced analytical thinking and innovative ability- A high level of customer and service orientation- In-depth knowledge of social insurance, tax and labor law and in the handling of collective agreements- Good conceptual skills in connection with the motivation to develop and optimize human resources topics and processes- Ability to actively accompany employees in change processes- High awareness of responsibility and quality as well as flexibility- Safe and eloquent appearance, a high level of social competence, conflict ability, resilience, personal readiness and team ability- Fluent German and English skills
