Unser Kunde ist eines der ersten zertifizierten Unternehmen mit einer Lizenz zum Umgang und der Verarbeitung
- von medizinischen Cannabisrohstoffen in Deutschland. Das Team, bestehend aus 25 Mitarbeitenden, arbeitet als pharmazeutischer Großhändler, Importeur und Hersteller von hochwertigen medizinischen Cannabisprodukten. Ziel ist es, die Versorgung von Patient*innen in Deutschland mit hochwertigen medizinischen Rezepturarzneimitteln sicherzustellen.

Zum 01.01.2024 suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

**Head of Quality Assurance / Stellvertretende Qualified Person (m/w/d)**
- Qualitätssicherung mit Passion und Engagement für eine verantwortungsvolle und vielseitige Aufgabe in einem wachsenden Umfeld und mit Begeisterung für medizinisches Cannabis.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung der Qualitätssicherung und verantwortlich für das lokale Qualitäts-Management
- und Dokumentenmanagement-System
- Qualifizierung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister (nach GACP, GMP, GDP)
- Projektleitung zur Implementierung neuer Qualitätssysteme oder -prozesse
- Entwicklung, Aktualisierung und Implementierung von SOPs und anderen qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten
- Untersuchung von Abweichungen unter Verwendung entsprechender Investigationsverfahren und Anfertigung von entsprechenden Berichten
- Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten
- Durchführung interner GMP-Schulungen und Ansprechpartner für Qualitätsfragen
- Vertretung der Sachkundigen Person gemäß - 14 AMG am Standort unseres Kunden

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Kenntnisse über die pharmazeutische Herstellung und die Anwendung von aktuellen EU-GMP-Regeln
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Medizinal Cannabis und GACP-Umfeld
- Berufserfahrung in pharmazeutischen Qualitätsfunktionen, gerne Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und/oder Auditor
- Erfahrung in CSV und Umgang mit Datenmanagement Systemen
- Ausgezeichnete Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Sorgfalt
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
