Summary

The "Chief Process Officer* (Head of GPO) (f/m/d)" is responsible for the end-to-end responsibility, design and optimization of the company's entire core processes across all departments and countries.

The "Chief Process Officer*in" reports directly to the CSCO and works closely with key stakeholders to ensure that processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals and meet the company's requirements. He/she will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that processes are scalable, efficient and effective, working closely with the SAP S/4 Hana implementation.

Your Tasks- Establishing a sustainable end-to-end process orientation at HENSOLDT- The global end-to-end processes include the orchestration of the value-added SAP S/4 Hana standard processes: Lead to Quote, Order to Cash (including differentiation of SCOR principles Engineer to order, Manufacture to order, Make to stock and Repair to order), purchase to pay and supporting processes such as Hire to retire, Record to report, Invest to disposal.- Master data management: MDG-F = Finance, MDG-C = Customer (Business Partner), MDG-S = Supplier (Business Partner), MDG-M= Material- Overall responsibility for global end-to-end design and optimization of business processes across all business units and functions- Define and document the process scope, objectives and requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders

Your Profile- Completed studies in the field of business, engineering or similar- Several years of experience in process design, optimization and management, preferably in a global company- Proven experience in people management- Experience leading process improvement initiatives- Familiarity with process mapping tools (especially Signavio, Celonis) and methodologies, as well as SAP S/4 Hana competencies- Strong project management and deep change management skills- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Very good German and English skills
