Zur Verstärkung unseres Business Support Teams, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin, einen

**Quality Management Specialist (m/w/d)**

Die Stelle ist an unserem Standort in Troisdorf, mit 20 Stunden/Woche zu besetzen.

**Zu Deinen Tätigkeiten gehören**:

- Lenkung und Überarbeitung des QM-Systems (Prozesslandkarte, Hauptprozesse, VA, AA, FB)
- Pflege der Prozesslandkarte
- Messen, auswerten, bewerten und berichten der Wirksamkeit von Prozessen und Produktqualität
- Etablierung qualitätsrelevanter Kennzahlen zur Überwachung und Wirksamkeitskontrolle
- Pflege des QM-Handbuchs
- Unterstützung bei Beschwerde und Reklamationsmanagement

**Was wir uns von Dir wünschen**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Kenntnisse im Bereich Medizintechnik (von Vorteil)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS- Office, weitere Softwarekenntnisse sind wünschenswert (bspw. Navision, SAP)
- Eigenverantwortliches und selbständiges Arbeiten ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse mit
