Die Madaus GmbH (a Viatris Company) stellt mit über 350 Mitarbeitenden Arzneimittel sowie Phytopharmaka in unterschiedlichsten Darreichungsformen sowohl für den deutschen als auch internationalen Markt her. Für unseren traditionsreichen, stetig wachsenden Produktionsstandort in Troisdorf (Nähe Köln/Bonn) suchen wir auf Vollzeitbasis für die Abteilung Quality Control innerhalb unseres Qualitätsmanagements eine/n:
Head of Quality Control (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für die Abteilung Qualitätskontrolle mit vier untergeordneten Bereichen und insgesamt ca. 40 Mitarbeitern
Sicherstellung, dass die Prüfung von Ausgangsmaterialien, Verpackungsmaterialien, Schüttgütern und Fertigprodukten fristgerecht und gemäß den erforderlichen GMP/GLP-Anforderungen durchgeführt wird
Erfüllung der speziellen Routineaufgaben des LQK gem. § 12 & 14 AMWHV
Überwachung, Entwicklung und Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle
Bereitstellung und Nachverfolgung der definierten Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs)
Definition und Umsetzung der strategischen Vision des Labors in Bezug auf Ressourcen, Investitionen, kontinuierliche Verbesserung (Lean/5S-Ansatz) und Budget
Entwicklung und Förderung einer QC-Produktivitätsagenda
Chargenbewertung auf Ebene der Prüfprotokolle und im Labor-Informations-Management-System (LIMS)
Erarbeitung von Investitionsvorhaben und Erstellung von Anweisungen, Vorschriften und Gutachten
Gewährleistung der Sicherheit im Labor
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Master/Diplom), bevorzugt in den Fachrichtungen Pharmazie, Chemie oder Biologie oder vergleichbar
Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung und technisches Know-how in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, sowohl in der Qualitätskontrolle als auch in der Qualitätssicherung
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter/Laborleiter/Manager
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den relevanten nationalen und internationalen Gesetzen und Bestimmungen (z.B. EU GMP, US FDA)
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und LIMS; Kenntnisse in SAP und mit elektronischen Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Konflikt- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
