**About The Role**
With this ambition, our CRM team serves as a function to enrich the understanding we have of our customers. Through segmentation and personalization, we serve them with even more relevant experiences. As a **CRM Tech and Automation Expert, **you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our CRM program’s efficiency and automation, _ensuring a seamless user experience through launching automated and personalised interactions_. As part of your role you will be responsible for ensuring that we _maximise our CRM Solution feature_s that empowers the CRM team to increase speed, efficiency as well as testing and learning velocity.

**What You Will Do**
- Manage CRM Solution and Integration:
- Develop our global CRM Solution ensuring optimal system utilisation and increased levels of automation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring Braze and other interfacing system (snowflake, advertising partners, salesforce, ect) integration.
- Develop and propose tech stack development to ensure ongoing optimisation and strategy delivery.
- Enrich User Profiles and Campaign Setup:
- Work with Marketing, Data, and Product stakeholders to enhance user profiles on Braze through relevant attributes and events.
- Provide technical support and enable the team to execute more efficient and effective campaigns.
- Evolve campaign setup best practices, keeping CRM performance above benchmark with mínimal complexity to improve campaign speed and efficiency.
- Optimise processes and workflows in the ways of working in CRM, by utilising sql queries, liquid and efficiently personalising our messaging in line with key segments.
- Test Optimization and enhance breadth of User Journey Impact:
- Collaborate with the CRM team (and other stakeholders) to lead, design and implement campaigns across user lifecycle, translating user problems into efficient and scalable solutions that drive transformational outcomes.
- Improve and troubleshoot testing setup, efficiency, and velocity within the team through trainings, frameworks, and technical solutions.
**What You Need To Have**
- 4+ years of related experience in marketing and CRM
- Experience with Braze is essential.
- Fresh ideas - you’re a Blinkist fan with ideas of how to improve our offering
- Strong analytical skills such as comprehensive understanding of segmentation and testing
- Empathy and a user-centric mindset - you can put yourself in our customers’ shoes and help solve their problems
- Creativity and confidence - you’re not afraid to try things you might not have done before, and are happy to jump into cross functional projects potentially outside of your core expertise
- Fluency in English is required, it’s a plus if you’re also fluent in German
