CRM Marketing Automation Specialist

About This Role

At Omio, we are rapidly expanding the way people travel, and this CRM Manager position plays a vital role in our growth. You will be responsible for managing our customer relationships and implementing effective marketing automation strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM-related projects
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and best practices to drive business growth
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer experiences

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM or multi-channel marketing in an e-commerce environment
  • Proven experience in working with CRM tools, preferably Braze
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with knowledge of Liquid and SQL a plus
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to work with KPIs and create reports to inform business decisions
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on driving loyalty and retention
