**What part will you play?**

You will be our expert in marketing automation platforms and tools with a deep understanding of data integration strategies, web form templating, and content intelligence platforms like PathFactory.

**Your tasks**
- Support and train demand generation community through consultancy, processes, trainings, and workshops.
- Scout for new innovative marketing automation trends and tools, developing pilot use cases within Siemens.
- Developing a 3rd party Tool & Data Integration Strategy including implementation & ongoing support as well as leveraging the companywide Data Cloud in Snowflake for Marketing Usecases
- Develop and maintain integration workflows and APIs between marketing automation platforms and other systems.
- Templating of Business Processes into scalable MAP flows & standardized Web forms
- Administration & Business focused development of central global standardized form solutions
- Strategic Evolution & Administration of our Content Intelligence Platform (Pathfactory)
- Scouting for new innovative marketing automation trends and tools, developing pilot use cases within Siemens
- Leverage Customer Data Platform to improve performance and data quality for segmentation & scoring

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business administration, or a comparable discipline.
- You have several years of professional experience in B2B Marcom Tech Stacks
- Affinity to IT and data in general to bridge the gap between communications, marketing and sales in a complex software driven ecosystem
- User experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Oracle Eloqua, CRM (i.e. Salesforce) and analytics systems (i.e. Oracle Insight, Tableau, Power BI ) is a must
- Experience with APIs, Integration Layers and Data Lakes, e.g. Snowflake
- Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects on a global scale
- You have good knowledge of a state-of-the-art marcom concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures
- Business fluent in English, additional languages welcome
