Job Title: Tech CRM Manager

Omio is seeking a highly skilled Tech CRM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CRM department, you will play a critical role in enhancing our CRM system to improve customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • CRM System Implementation: Implement, configure, and optimize our CRM system to meet business needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
  • Customization and Integration: Work with developers and IT teams to customize CRM functionalities as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • CRM Best Practices: Define and maintain CRM best practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in an e-commerce environment with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, including customization and integrations, familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
