Demand Generation Specialist

Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth and generating demand? We are seeking a talented Demand Generation Specialist to join our Sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence as well as generating new leads. As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for defining, executing, measuring and refine a creative, compelling and effective marketing revenue strategy for our growing tech startup. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll support sales to help them achieve their goals by delivering high quality marketing campaigns with precision.

Role and Responsibilities:

- **Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies tailored to specific personas and target audiences, aligning with our sales objectives to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- **Campaign Management**: Collaborate in the construction and execution of marketing programs, and ensure successful rollout of highly-targeted and broad demand generation programmes that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
- **Messaging**: Deeply understand the motivations of our buyers to create authentic conversations and promotions that guide them through the sales funnel, expediting the sales process.
- **Pipeline**: Monitor and enhance performance of each stage of the funnel, from inquiry to SQL to establish a reliable demand generation engine. Continuously fine-tune both online and offline programs to maintain a favorable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Return on Investment (ROI) ratio.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engage with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, sales team, marketing, product and product marketing, to foster seamless collaboration and ensure alignment in strategies.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive the evolution of best practices by staying current with the latest B2B marketing strategies and emerging marketing technologies. Experiment with and optimize a variety of tactics to consistently surpass sales pipeline and revenue targets.
- **Analysis**: Conduct thorough analyses of marketing program outcomes, extracting valuable insights and presenting results in a clear manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Lead Management**: Process a deep understanding of lead scoring and enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle including MQLs and SQLs.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a demand generation role, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space or a technical market with longer sales cycles.
- Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.
- Data acquisition knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
