Job Responsibilities :
The Specialist, Sales Operations (Sales Operations Executive, m/f) plays a vital role in optimizing sales processes and driving business growth through insightful data analysis. With a focus on coordinating data collection, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing user-friendly tools, this role contributes to informed decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive problem-solving approach, strong proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, fluency in German and English, along with a passion for gaming, are advantageous in this dynamic and collaborative environment.Manage and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.Support sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, and customer support to streamline processes and resolve issues.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, including territory planning and quota setting.Train and onboard new sales team members on tools, processes, and systems.Support sales enablement initiatives by creating sales collateral, training materials, and documentation.Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.Pre-Requisites :
2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or similar role.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changingAre you game?
