**Aufgaben / Tasks**
- Beratung von Führungskräften in allen operativen Fragen der Personalarbeit
- Beratung und aktive Begleitung bei Organisationsentwicklung, Change Prozessen und Umstrukturierungen in den zu betreuenden Bereichen
- Beratung der Mitarbeiter vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt in allen personalrelevanten Themen
- Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Enge Abstimmung mit den Recruiting Spezialisten bei der Besetzung vakanter Stellen sowie Prüfung von Personalbedarfsmeldungen
- Steuerung und administrative Abwicklung des kompletten Vertragswesens
- Führen von Austrittsgesprächen und Ableiten daraus resultierender Maßnahmen
- Aufbereitung der Personalstatistiken, Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Schritte
- Unternehmensübergreifende Sonderaufgaben und Projektarbeit

**Profil / Qualifikation**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Hands-on-Mentalität verbunden mit Engagement und Eigeninitiative
- Hohe Motivation und Freude daran Projekte proaktiv voranzutreiben sowie selbständig und strukturiert durchzuführen
- Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Strategische Beratungs
- und Lösungskompetenz in allen HR-Fragestellungen
- Hohe Überzeugungs-, Durchsetzungs
