To support our Program Services and Operations team, we are looking for an

**Examination Proctor**
(M/F/x, part-time, flexible hours [Mon & Fri], 6-month contract, to start October 1, 2024)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Monitor students during exams, both on campus and online as needed
- Brief students on exam rules before, during, and after exams
- Take attendance of all exam participants
- Distribute examination materials and documents
- Check allowed aids and resources according to examination regulations/instructions
- Enforce the ESMT Exam Rules during examinations, including adherence to exam duration and reporting any violations
- Prepare and return documents to the Examinations Office

**Your qualifications**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-confident with an authoritative attitude in the exam room
- Reliable, conscientious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible in adapting to variable working hours (most appointments will be in the morning)
- Tech-savvy and capable of supervising online exams (training and technology provided by ESMT Berlin)
- Highly service-oriented towards students, staff, and professors

The flexibility of this role may be particularly well-suited for PhD students, though this is not a strict requirement.
