**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Im Rahmen Ihres Volontariats werden Sie redaktionelle Inhalte für die verschiedenen Kanäle der internen und externen Kommunikation (Website, Social Media, Intranet, Newsletter) erstellen
- Zudem erhalten Sie Einblicke in die Konzeption und Umsetzung von journalistischen Formaten (z.B. Interviews, Features, Reportagen, Porträts)
- Als Volontär*in übernehmen Sie die Planung und Erstellung von Inhalten für Social-Media-Plattformen (z.B. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) sowie die Erstellung von Multimedia-Inhalten (z.B. Videos, Infografiken, Podcasts)
- Sie übernehmen das Monitoring von internen und externen Social Media Plattformen und Community Management
- Sie unterstützen bei der Medienarbeit für die Fach
- und Technologiepresse
- In Ihrem Aufgabenbereich liegt die Recherche von aktuellen Trends und Themen im Bereich Healthcare und Medizintechnik
- Dabei nutzen Sie Datenanalyse-Tools und -Plattformen, um Einblicke in die Performance der Content-Strategie und der Inhalte auf verschiedenen Kanälen zu gewinnen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen und Events
- Sie arbeiten mit anderen Teams in Ländern, Geschäften und Funktionen (z.B. HR, Marketing, Produktentwicklung) eng zusammen
- Ihre Ausbildungsvergütung für das Volontariat wird 3.998,00 Euro brutto pro Monat betragen

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie können erst praktische Erfahrung durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten im redaktionellen Bereich vorweisen
- Sie besitzen praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion von Multimedia-Inhalten (z.B. Videos, Podcasts, Animationen)
- Sie punkten mit Ihrer Erfahrung im Bereich Journalismus, Content-Management oder Marketing
- Sie überzeugen uns mit Ihren Kenntnissen in der Nutzung von Software und Tools zur Multimedia-Produktion (z.B. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Kenntnisse in SEO und Paid Media sind ein Pluspunkt
- Sie verfügen über praktische Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse-Tools und -Plattformen (z.B. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Brandwatch)

**Ihr Profil und Ihre Fähigkeiten**:

- Sie verfügen über exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse. Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
