**Was du bei uns bewegst**:

- In einem auf Wachstum ausgerichteten Unternehmen bist du zentrale Kontaktperson und berätst die Bereichsleiterinnen und Bereichsleiter, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in deinen Betreuungsbereichen zu allen personalrelevanten Themen
- Dabei betreust und begleitest du die Mitarbeitenden entlang des kompletten Employee Lifecycles und bist mit verantwortlich für die Personalplanung
- Aufgrund deines proaktiven Verhaltens gibst du Impulse in deinem Betreuungsbereich sowie auch innerhalb von HR und gestaltest diese aktiv mit
- Du stellst den professionellen Ablauf aller bestehenden HR-Prozesse, -Projekte und Guidelines im Unternehmen sicher und wirkst an deren stetigen Weiterentwicklung mit
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören das Coaching und die Begleitung von Führungskräften in deinem Betreuungsbereich
- Neben dem operativen HR-Geschäft wirkst du an der stetigen Weiterentwicklung des HR-Bereichs mit

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement mit oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Personalwesen
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung als Personalreferent (m/w/d) oder HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in einer generalistisch ausgerichteten Personalabteilung sammeln
- Veränderungen siehst du als Chance - daher fühlst du dich in einem modernen, dynamischen und inhabergeführten Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien sehr wohl
- Du überzeugst uns mit deiner empathischen, kommunikativen und positiven Art sowie deinem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, IT und Productmanagement runden dein Profil ab
- Wir freuen uns zudem über Kenntnisse im HR-Managementsystem Rexx - diese sind aber kein Muss
