As the Sales Associate Director, you will be leading the team to achieve business targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets regularly.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead effective client management, maximizing revenue, and communicating quarterly objectives to clients.
- Ensure team comprehension to achieve operating plan targets, sales goals, and customer performance targets (CPTs).
- Collaborate with teams to improve sales processes, achieve positive customer experiences, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client territories.
- Lead the team to achieve business targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets regularly.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews at regional/global levels and participate in global business reviews led by the Account Manager.
- Support management of account portfolio P&L to achieve gross margin targets.

**Targeted Qualifications**
- Fluency in **English** Language, **C1** level or Higher.
- Fluency in **German** Language, **B2** level or Higher - Preferable.
- **More than 5 years **of experience in a similar position, proven work experience in a sales leadership role (or similar) with **more** **than 4 years** of experience in **B2B** customer-facing roles for national accounts, encompassing both services and support.
- A passion for customer experience and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining partner relationships is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs along with experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting successful client engagement, adept at handling difficult internal and external challenges, and delivering exceptional client service resulting in high client retention.
- Strong people management and coaching skills with a superb record of developing and retaining employees.
