Gemeinsam mit dem CEO von MINDEIGHT suchen wir einen Associate Director / Director (m/w/d) im IT-Strategy-Consulting für den Standort Berlin oder völlig ortsunabhängig aus dem Home-Office MINDEIGHT wurde 2016 gegründet und ist bereits eines der erfolgreichsten Neugründungen im Bereich der strategischen IT-Management-Beratung im deutschsprachigen Raum.

Aufgaben
- Als Director im IT-Strategy-Consulting übernehmen Sie die strategische und konzeptionelle Beratung internationaler Geschäftsführer von Kunden aus verschiedensten Branchen
- Sie leiten Beratungsprojekte in den Feldern IT-Strategie, Digitale Transformation, Cloud und IT-Sourcing und entwickeln innovative Geschäftsmodelle
- Als Management-Berater legen Sie tragfähige Entscheidungskonzepte vor: Ehrlich, kompetent und anbieterneutral
- Sie erstellen Auftragsangebote, Präsentationen vor Kunden und erweitern somit ihren Kundenstamm
- Als Teil des MINDEIGHT-Führungsteams entwickeln Sie das Unternehmen aktiv mit und übernehmen interne Aufgaben wie den Ausbau eines Fachbereichs
- Als Unternehmer agieren Sie neben dem Projektgeschäft, indem Sie das Beratungsportfolio entwickeln und echte Wertbeiträge erzeugen

Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Natur-oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL und verwandten Fachbereichen
- Signifikante Berufserfahrung im IT-Strategie-Umfeld(Consulting oder Industrie) und Durchführung von strategischen Transformationsprojekten
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten sowie Kenntnisse in agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Vorbildliches Service Mindset sowie Performance-Orientierung auf höchstem Niveau
- Emotionale Intelligenz und Empathie, um vertrauensvolle Kollegen-, Klienten
- und Partnerbeziehungen aufzubauen
