**Tätigkeiten / Aufgaben**:
- Auftragsabwicklung (incl. Kundenberatung) und Retourenbearbeitung
- Aktionsverkauf am Telefon
- Bestellabwicklung
- Administrative Aufgaben im COS
- Kassenabwicklung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Zentralstellen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst
- z.T. Kommissionierung / Ausmischung
- z.T. Konfektionierung
- z.T. Beladung von Fahrzeugen
- z.T. Wareneingangskontrollen und Einlagerung
- z.T. Inventurabwicklung
**Qualifikationen**:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Teamfähigkeit
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
