**What We’re Looking For**:** As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer support to our users. You will have a crucial role in resolving technical inquiries and problems, ensuring their satisfaction. Your focus will be on delivering a positive and exceptional experience for our users, contributing to a strong and favourable brand image.**
**This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days in our office (Berlin)**
***Your Responsibilities**
***:
- Collaborating closely with the product team to ensure that our product evolves and aligns with the specific requirements of our customers.
- Taking an active role in achieving the team's objectives by consistently striving to enhance our performance and fostering strong internal communication.
- Creating documentation to help customers resolve their issues
**We Expect**:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with exceptional skills in both English and German (C1).
- Additional language is a bonus
- Over one year of experience in a support or service role, demonstrating the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Capable of handling a variety of tasks and effectively managing workload.
