**What we’re looking for**:
The Director of Supply Chain Excellence will play a pivotal role in organization's overarching planning and controlling layer for the entire supply chain, ensuring that Autodoc provide the best possible customer experience, backed by fast delivery options, while keeping cost under control at any time. They will own the end-to-end process and orchestrate activities of different teams, acting as the ambassador for our customers. Director, Supply Chain Excellence will be leading the central team for providing overview and giving guidance, supplying teams with data and expertise, acting as internal consultants and enablers.
Their focus areas will encompass end-to-end performance management, network design, forecasting, quality, learning and development and control tower operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end performance management initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance
- Partner with teams across the supply chain, including suppliers, customers, and logistic partners, to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration
- Oversee Network Design strategies to optimize logistics networks and distribution channels.
- Develop and implement forecasting methodologies to anticipate demand and optimize inventory management.
- Drive initiatives to enhance quality standards throughout the supply chain process
- Lead learning and development programs to continuously improve the skills and capabilities of supply chain teams
- Manage control tower operations to provide real-time visibility and proactive management of supply chain activities
**Qualifications**:
- Master's or MBA degree in a relevant field such as Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management in a fulfillment or e-commerce environment
- Strong experience in driving significant improvement initiatives, improving both profit and customer experience
- Experienced in leading complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders without power
- Strong knowledge of quality management and inventory accuracy in warehousing/fulfillment environments
- Able to partner with tech stakeholders on a senior level to develop and implement relevant software solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
