**About the role:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review and negotiate on a wide range of commercial, iGaming and software contracts in accordance with internal procedures and applicable laws.
- Research and remain abreast of developments in multi-national regulatory online gambling regimes and ensure mitigation of potential risk.
- Engage and liaise with external advisors, regulatory bodies and other third parties where necessary.
- Review and advise on contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on legal matters.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on legal and compliance matters.
- Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
- Ensure that the organization meets its reporting obligations to regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments that may impact the organization.

**About You**:

- Master’s degree in law.
- Relevant experience in legal roles within the iGaming sector.
- Fluency in English (any other languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
