Key responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited too
- Handling corporate administrative duties for various jurisdictions in which the WLC companies have presence ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assistance in business set-up from A to Z and in Licensing processes
- Due Diligence provision and filing; regularly reviewing and updating compliance documentation to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices
- Maintenance of contract databases and records, ensuring accurate documentation and contract tracking
- Preparation and submission of relevant corporate filings with authorities
- Liaison with corporate services providers across multiple jurisdictions for the implementation of corporate procedures, as well as communicate compliance-related updates and changes to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain the contract system with agreements and supporting documentation
- Formation/incorporation and ongoing administration of all companies of the group
- Assist in gathering and organizing documentation for compliance inquiries and audits
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent adherence to compliance standards.
- Ad-hoc compliance projects

**Requirements**:

- A degree in business, law, finance, or a related field - or a proven track record of work experience in this area.
- Previous experience in a compliance-related role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Experience with confluence and Jira is preferred.
